All products will be shipped within 2-5 business days due to the new covid19 guidelines. For custom orders please expect shipping within 5-10 days.You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Please check your junk mail if you do not receive notification in your inbox. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you suspect the package has been lost, stolen, or mailed to the wrong address, please contact your local post office. 

If there's any changes please email me the correct information as soon as possible.I cannot cancel any orders once it's been placed. Once the product has been shipped I CANNOT MAKE ANY CHANGES.

Due to the nature of this product, we don't honor returns. However, we will always want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

If you have damaged or broken product please email Deondelite@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defective product.

Once received and inspected, we will be more than happy to mail you a replacement.
